Each person looks for a vacation spot in a different sense. Our group also came to Bermuda to find a place where we can fully feel the short but clear sea in our tired daily lives. After long pendamic hours, our friends have a meeting once a month. I made a reservation at this Pompano Beach Club because it seemed reasonable price and reasonable in a short time. I'm posting this because I want to share the good experiences we have with others. As soon as I entered this place, I couldn't help but smile at the sincere welcome of the staff. We had 5 people, but Tom thought the room would be a little small for 5 people, so he gave us another room. It was also the price of a four-person room with a ocean view, but he gave ours another room for one person extra charge only. At that moment, I thought I chose this place well. He also explained in detail and gave kindness and help to everyone who came harder than anyone else. With a small thing and less than 10 minutes to the front desk closing time, he happily drove to the market and waited while buying. He sincerely hopes that everyone who comes here will have good memories. I felt that kindness and sincerity from the heart were conveyed to me. Thank you very much to the Pampano Beach Club staff.

The staff, amenities, beach, and location are wonderful. Relaxed atmosphere. Even with many families with children, there was no excessive noise. Peaceful and serene experience. Everything was clean.

The room had a musty smell and needs an update. A broken screen door was supposed to be repaired but never was. The pool water was cloudy.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Larry and his team go out of their way to help and provide an exceptional holiday experience.

Some of the rooms look a little dated

Staff was the best. Food was really good and you could not have better views.

Everything! The place is beautiful & picturesque. It is like your own secluded place. Highly recommend the meal plan because the food was incredible, breakfast & dinner. Thank you David for recommending. The staff is top notch from the minute you arrive. The owners (The Lamb Brothers) are so involved & welcoming to their guests. They were professional with a a definite personal touch. Shout out to the entire diningroom staff, especially Lorna & Lynn. Housekeeping was always on point, espcially Miss Amalee(sp).

This was the friendliest place we’ve ever stayed. The staff is fantastic. And the location can’t be beat. We loved that service and gratuities are included so we didn’t have to worry about tipping. We felt like the staff was very well taken care of and happy. Some have worked there close to 50 yrs!

Great views of the ocean, wonderful beach’s, amazing food and courteous and attentive staff. Iv’e stayed there multiple times and will go back again.

Location was perfect, staff were very helpful. This is a family-run hotel/club and it shows. We were made to feel very welcome, and a couple of very minor issues were fixed instantly and with a smile. The food was outstanding and the service was generally very good. The restaurants also welcomed external bookings which is always a good sign. They offer a free minibus to local amenities - supermarket, boat hire, ferry to Hamilton etc, and Oleander have a moped-hire outlet on-site.

Service at breakfast can be a little hap-hazard and the rooms are not entirely sound-proof (sliding doors to the balcony in the room above are particularly noisy when opened/closed).....but I am struggling for anything else not to like!

The food and food settings were admirable. The staff quite friendly and helpful in all matters. Bermuda is unique in that all of its citizens seem to be happy and polite all the time.

Nothing to complain about! The location, food and food choices, available equipment for use in the sea, and nearness of Port Royal golf course were all positive factors,

Gym was awesome. Food was awesome. Most of the staff were awesome. Views overall. Shuttle service to bus and adjacent areas (Port Royal Golf). Nightly music! Special call-out the steel drums and sax performance, piano too.

For the prices charged, I would have expected more modern rooms and al fresco dining areas. Beach had some chronic seaweed issues (from reef). Resort charged a daily (above and beyond) fee of $60. They should state to all guests how this money is used; staff gratuities, higher margins, facility improvements. Guests don't know how/who should get added gratuities for what services (rooms, food service, shuttle rides, front desk help, intial property tour....). If one tips everyone and pays a daily $60 service fee, this seems excessive to me.
